Family-orientated Tae Kwon-Do Club. Instructed by Miss Bruce, 4th Dan International Black Belt Instructor.
Specialises in fitness, self-defence, focus of mind, flexibility and fun exercise drills for the family.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Jenny Bruce Tae Kwon-Do Club:
Children from 4 years old upward welcome to join. Parents are welcome to train with their children for a fun Tae Kwon-Do experience. Alternatively, children and adults can train in separate classes.
Classes run Monday and Wednesday evenings.
Family Class - 7.15-8.10pm
Teens & Adults Class - 8.15-9.15pm
