Kaizen Kai Martial Arts

We are a small community club based in New Eltham, South East London, Located only a 2 minute walk from the Greenwich University Avery hill Campus and also just a 3 minute walk from New Eltham train station. We hold a strong emphasis on discipline and tradition. We also carry a high sense of etiquette and encourage good manners and humility. There are no egos or bad manners in our classes, everybody is friendly and welcoming and students from all styles and associations are welcome.
