I have trained with Kaizen Kai since it was set up. You will not find a friendlier club but the emphasis is definately on serious training. Every class is different but all involve a good workout. Most classes end with Kumite(sparring)which is full contact but always with the utmost respect for your partner. The clubs Sensei(Todd)is fantastic and will always get the best out of everyone.

Kaizen Kai is not easy, it’s hard and challenging but the rewards are immense.

Training here is for people who want to learn and the focus is on Fitness, Stamina, Confidence, Discipline as well as traditional Karate.

The Sensei(s) are approachable, professional and with the combination of patience and knowledge are able to teach competently and effectively to all age groups. Members of the club and the Association are friendly and welcoming, and everyone shares the same passion, TO LEARN AND PERFECT.
