Knight Self Defence is a Self Defence training institution tailored to your needs.
Our instructor has over a decade of experience in Martial Arts ranging from Kung Fu, Judo, MMA and Taekwondo as well as others.
It is our thought that training the mind to prepare to defend yourself is important and what will work for one person may not work for another so we adapt our 1-2-1 sessions to meet your needs as we go!
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Knight Self Defence:
Our sessions are currently all 1-2-1 but are open to all age ranges.
For under 18's we will require parent/guardians to sign the paperwork or at least a sheet allowing the minor to sign in their stead. A parent/guardian may stay to watch the session but many students find this adds to their nerves and so we do not recommend it.
