The ethos of my training is to use what works for the individual, using a principle based approach and a relaxed style allows student to make rapid progress. Classes offered in Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Arts etc. Suitable for complete beginners and experienced martial artist who want to add a new dimension to their training. Call or email to discus if what I am teaching is right for you.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Dragon Jeet Kune Do:
Individual or 1 to 2 instruction tailored to suit the students aims
Workshops or seminars by arrangement can include: Self Defence, Female Self Defence, Conflict Management and avoidance.
First Aid training for instructors
Wednesday 7 pm till 8 pm
Friday 7 pm till 8 pm
First lesson free £5 pay as you go
