Been a student with this instructor just over a month now and i have to say the one to one class works for me as it demonstrates the application of the moves/blocks to defend yourself, and the instructor tailors everything to your ability.
If there is someone out there who needs a bit of a boost to their confidence, then this is the way to go, would def recommend these classes to a'll who want to learn anything and everything about defending yourself - go give it a try, you, won. t regret it
