We teach traditonal Takemusu Iwama Aikido in the lineage of Morihiro Saito Sensei and O Sensei.
We train both weapons and empty handed in a supportive and encouraging environment where students are able to progress at their own speed.
Aikido is a highly effective system of Japanese self defence that is non aggressive and all inclusive.
Our club is co founder of Traditional Aikido UK and directly affiliated with Traditional Aikido Europe.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Lancaster Aikido Club:
Mondays - 7-8 pm Weapons 8-9 pm Empty Handed
Thursdays - 7-8 pm Weapons 8-9 pm Empty Handed
Sundays - 10-11 am Weapons 11-12 pm Empty Handed
The first two sessions are free and then it is 5 pounds per two hour session.
