I love training at LAC as the people are welcoming and friendly and everybody works to help one another.
The weapons classes are challenging but lots of fun and help me keep focused. The empty handed techniques and rolling classes really work up a sweat and help me stay active.
I recommend this club to anyone who wants to learn self defence but wants to be able to go at their own pace and not be pushed into anything.
Its not about fighting. Its about improving your chances should you need to defend yourself.
All the instructors are supportive and friendly and beginners are always welcome at any ability.
