Long Eaton Tetsudo Club
Tetsudo has it's roots in Tibet and it's essence lies in the cornerstone that Mind and Body are inextricably linked and changes in one causes changes in the other and only when both are working harmoniously together can anything be done efficiently and effectively.
Tetsudo training makes the BODY physically strong, agile and healthy and the MIND to become more aware, perceptive and focused..... and when the two are in Harmony.... then the seemingly impossible becomes possible.
The skills learnt through the practice of Tetsudo offer profound benefits to EVERYONE regardless of age, gender or fitness level. Tetsudo is a Holistic Martial Art. It is a unique therapeutic experience for both Mind and Body and as such it is much more than just a means of physical self-defence.... it is the COMPLETE SELF-DEFENCE.

Programs & Class Schedule
Children's Classes
We hold weekly classes at the Martial Arts Centre in Long Eaton which are suitable for young people from the age of 6.
Their sessions are focused on fun, fitness and self discipline, always aiming to reward their efforts, building their confidence and self esteem.
Tuesday: 7.00 pm - 7.45 pm
Thursday: 7.00 pm - 8.00 pm
Adult's Classes
We have adult places available at the Martial Arts Centre in Long Eaton and are currently offering a 4 week introductory workshop.
Tuesday: 8.15 pm -10.00 pm
Thursday: 8.15 pm -10.00 pm
