The head instructor, Mel Corrigan, is an associate instructor under Guro Dan Inosanto, a level 3 instructor under Sifu Rick Faye and a level 2 CSW instructor under Sensei Erik Paulson.
Private lessons in any of the martial arts we teach can be booked including Muay Thai, CSW, Silat, Panantukan and Kali.

8.15 pm - 9.30 pm - Phase 1 (levels 1-3) and Phase 2
Thursday
6.30 pm - 7.30 pm - Teens Martial Arts (ages 13-16 yrs)A mixture of martial arts
7.45 pm - 9 pm CSW Ground Fighting (MMA) (Combat Submission Wrestling)

All Day - Private Lessons
Saturday
Morning until 1 pm -private Lessons
1.30 pm - 2.30 pm - Children Martial Arts (ages 5 - 12 yrs) Mixture of martial arts which includes a belt grading system
3 pm - 4.30 pm CSW Ground and Stand-up Grappling (Combat Submission Wrestling) (MMA) 1 hr training then optional 30 mins wrestling

10.30 am - 11.20 am - Kettlebell Blast (must have attended Intro Seminar)
Beginner and Advanced mixed martial arts classes for adults involve the use of weapons.
All equipment is provided by the club although you can purchase your own at our club shop.
