Karate & Filipino Classical Arnis & Kyusho by sensei Bob Carruthers (7th dan). Over 30 years of experience in Shotokan, with a particular interest in self defence. Fun classes for all ages (from around 9 or 10 yrs upwards).

Iaijutsu (Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu - Japanese swordsmanship); Hanbo-jutsu (Short staff); Tanbo-jutsu (Stick/baton) by Steve Chriscole (3rd dan Iai, 2nd dan Karate). Traditional martial arts with distinctive modern day practical applications.

Programs & Class Schedule

Karate - Mondays & Wednesdays 7.30 to 8.30 (all welcome)
Classical Arnis/Filipino kyusho - Sundays 12noon to 1pm
Iaijutsu / Hanbo / Tanbo - Wednesdays 7.30 tp 9.pm (age 17 upwards)
