MSBA have been teaching martial arts in West Lothian for nearly 40 years. We have 2 full time gyms in Bathgate and Livingston.
We offer a full program of classes from 4 years upwards and cater for all the family.
We have beginner, intermediate and advanced classes in ITF Taekwondo and Korean Kickboxing.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at MSBA Livingston:
Mondays & Wednesdays
17:30-18:15 - Little Ninja Class 1 (up to 6 years)
18:15-19:15 - Kicking Kid (6-9 years)
19:15-20:15 - Junior/Senior Beginner Taekwondo (+ 10 years)
20:15-21:15 - Senior Korean Kickboxing (+13 years)
Tuesdays & Thursdays
17:30-18:15 - Little Ninja Class 2 (up to 6 years)
18:15-19:15 - Adv Kicking Kids & Junior Taekwondo
19:15-20:15 - Junior Kicboxing & Advanced Junior Taekwondo (under 13 years)
