The O.K.K.A aims to provide affordable karate lessons in a small, friendly club to anyone in the Fareham area. The club is held on a Tues evening (7 pm-8 pm junior class. 8 pm-9.30 pm adult class).
The club is now run by Sensei Sharon Goodson (4th Dan) who has over 20 years teaching experience within the O.K.K.A. Primarily, we teach Goju-Ryu Karate, however we also cover self defence, sparring and traditional Okinawan weapons.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Okinawan Karate and Kobudo Association:
JUNIOR CLASS - Tues 7 pm-8 pm (5 yrs - 16 yrs)
ADULT CLASS - Tues 8 pm - 9.30 pm (16+yrs)
Both classes are in Fareham Academy Gym.
FIRST LESSON FREE OF CHARGE.
Licence fee - £12 per year (single) / £18 per year (family)
Lesson fees - £4.50 per lesson. (Sibling discount £4 each per lesson).
Grading fee - £10. Junior Black Belt Grading - £15
Adult grading fees - £10 (red - brown)
Equipment prices available upon request.
