American Kenpo is a modern system that specializes in simple and effective self-defence, that does not rely on size or strength.
Instructor Neil Thompson began training in martial arts over 20 years ago and has gained experience in Wado-Ryu Karate, Freestyle Kickboxing, Jui-jitsu, Gracie/Brazillian Jui-jitsu, Aikido Chen Tai-Chi, and is currently graded to 3rd Dan Black Belt in American Kenpo with 15 years teaching experience.

Classes are suitable for absolute beginners through to experienced martial artists.
All material is taught in English, in a logical and progressive manner.
Private lessons are also available at my private studio in Omagh.
