The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at The Palms Tai chi Club:
Monday 10.00 to 11.30 at the County Hotel on the seafront at Skegness
Friday 10.30 to Noon at Station Sports Centre Mablethorpe
We run a sash system where as you get fitter and better at Tai chi so you are graded to a sash. There are eight grades white to black.
Each week is £4 as at March 2015. We also use Bo-staffs, [6 foot pole] Ribbons, Fans, Balls, Tai chi Rulers and many other items to help us improve fitness and safety.
Tai chi is wonderful for helping anyone with a disability or not. As it helps the whole body to benefit from the slow exercises.
