I've been with PMA Llanfairfechan since the first day it opened and have loved every training session. Not one session is the same! The instructors know what they are talking about and tell you exactly where you're going wrong whether it be technique, diet or exercise. The motivation they give is unreal, nothing like you'd get in the gym! I have never regretted starting kickboxing but always regretted not starting sooner! I always thought I had good fitness until I started martial arts, looking back I can see a big improvement in overall fitness, health and flexability. The confidence you gain from it is unreal! Great place to meet new friends too! Definitely worth a go just to see it's for you ;) what have you got to lose?
