Progressive Fighting Concepts Gym is Falmouth and Penryn's first bespoke permanently fully matted dojo.
Our Joint Chief Instructors have over 60 years of experience in Martial Arts between them. Kevin Spargo holds a 4th Dan in Bushido Jiu-Jutsu and Fergus Robertson is a 2nd Dan in Bushido Jiu-Jutsu. They are both the Joint Chief Instructors of Progressive Fighting Concepts which was devised by them and has been pressure tested by them over the past 15 years.

Our classes are for everyone of any ability. All new starters welcome!
We offer a variety of martial arts classes including: Jiu-Jutsu, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA),
Muay Thai, Tai Chi and Progressive Fighting Concepts.
Our venue is a fully matted purpose built Dojo that is also available for hire
Our facilities include Changing room and toilets. We also have a viewing area with facilities for refreshments and there is ample parking.
