I have trained here in the adults classes for two years. My eldest son (9) has trained here for almost a year and my youngest (6) has just started. A brilliant, fun, safe, rewarding yet challenging class for children that helps to focus the mind and channel their excess energy. As an adult, everyone is welcoming and helpful and the instructors are very knowledgeable. A great class for learning something new, fitness and self-defence. I couldn't recommend it enough!

My son has attended for 2 years now. In that time I have watched him progress and gain a huge inner confidence. There is always a friendly atmosphere and it is his favourite day of the week! I cannot recommend these guys enough. They are driven by their passion for MMA and have a genuine enthusiasm to pass this knowledge on to their pupils. If you are looking to learn new skills with like minded people, then look no further.

Thoroughly enjoy each session, learning new techniques and developing my knowledge. Great classes for us ladies to enjoy in a non intimidating and most welcoming and fun environment.

Welcomed my inexperienced daughter and have since taught her, going at a comfortable rate for her ability. Nice padded gym conveniently located on the main road with loads of parking. perfect for a spot of shopping while class is on. Friendly instructors and a nice group of children.

Compared to most, the small size of PFCG gives an intimate and personal training/learning experience. This is no 'acadamy' churning out robots! The classes are friendly and informal, allowing the students to learn what they wish to learn and to train towards whatever goals they may have. All instructors and students couldn't be friendlier or more welcoming. Great for anyone from complete beginners, martial artists from other backgrounds or even the well experienced.
