RedFish Karate offers classical Shotokan Karate training with the emphasis on practical use as a personal protection system (as originally intended) by applying traditional karate technique to modern world scenarios.
We maintain the essence of the "art" whilst preparing students with an effective set of self defence skills should the worst ever happen.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Redfish Karate:
Over 50's Karate for Health Tuesdays 19:00-20:00
Applied Karate for practical defence 20:00-21:30
Women's self defence by arrangement
