Three Valleys Karate Club

Three Valleys Karate Club is a satellite club of Tony Christians Academy of Karate-do.

Sensei Tony carry’s out all black belt gradings annually.

We teach classical Goju-Ryu karate for fitness and effective self defence - for all ages from 6 to 96 - beginners and experienced martial artists welcome

Very friendly club - training in Rickmansworth since April 1990. We have produced many black belts, both juniors and seniors.

Gradings are held 3 times a year Feb/Mar; May/Jun; Sep/Oct.

All students will be registered with the British karate association (BKA). All of our instructors are DBS cleared, insured, first aid trained and registered as instructors with the BKA

Three valleys also has the ‘Safeguarding code in the Martial Arts’ award

* senior grades under the age of 15 may also train in this class
