All instruction by 6th Black Belts with more than 90 years experience between the three instructors.

Also childrens classes at Ebury Rd, Rickmansworth on Saturday mornings

Just to let you know that Three Valleys Karate Club is now accredited with the national certification of ‘Safeguarding in Martial Arts’

Age 6 to 16 - Mondays & Thursdays 5.30pm to 6.30pm - All at Shepherds school

Age 16 and above - Tuesdays 7pm to 8.30pm and Thursdays 7.30pm to 9pm - All at Sarratt village hall, Sarratt


Age 6 - 16 - Saturday mornings 9.30am to 10.30am at the Scout Hut, Ebury Rd, Rickmansworth
