Hi, my name is Kristoffer Mark Morton, I have spent over 3 decades training in various martial arts and hold a 7th dan in shotokan karate, 6th dan Japanese Jujutsu and K.M.T Bujutsu. I am also the founder of the Adaptive Combat Bujutsu, witch is modern martial art that has been internationally recognised. If you are 7 years + you are more then welcome to come to a family friendly self defence club.
