The wish of the owners of the gym and their overriding aim is to create a fun and safe environment for everyone to train. We are committed to running a variety of classes to suit all types of person. This varies from full time athletes to 2 year old children who want to explore movement. We offer a 'family' run studio that promotes a friendly atmosphere. Lessons are set in a private or group setting.

Martial Arts are fun and offer a healthy way to express creative thought and movement.

An individual will be taught the essential tools to succeed with BJJ that has many positive contributions outside of the studio.
