I’ve learned more in 5 months with Adam and Dave then 6 years at other gyms, the classes are second to none and never dull

Great place to train from absolute beginner to seasoned professional with all ages catered for. Both adults and kids classes cover all aspects of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu as well as MMA and fitness classes with seminars from top class guest instructors on a regular basis.

I cannot fault Sasquatch studios. From the quality of teaching to the other members. The atmosphere both on and off the mat is a real credit to Adam and Dave. They have created a safe, enjoyable place for anyone, irrelevant of age, gender or ability to train and have fun. I recommend everyone come and try it out. You’ll get hooked. I promise.

Jiu Jitsu is an amazing sport that provides both mental and physical benefits. Sasquatch instructors are patient, fun, down to earth and great at what they do. They make you feel comfortable and ease you into the gym environment, allowing you to progress at your own pace. I would highly recommend Sasquatch to anyone who has always wanted to learn the sport or to anyone looking for a positive addition to their life. Students ages range from children to retirees. I have been a student at sasquatch studios for a number of years. I have trained at a fair few Brazilian Jiu-jitsu schools over the years and I can confidently say Sasquatch studios has the most unique and friendly atmosphere. A good range of techniques are taught and their approach to competition training is really helpful on the lead up to competitions. Great for beginners and those looking to expand their game. Very friendly and welcoming. The adults respect and learn the technique well then happy to roll hard in a controlled environment. My young daughter pretty much enjoys the same in the kids classes.

Great place to train

Excellent tuition, great team atmosphere and good value for money

Adam runs a very well organised and ordered class, with a great balance between techniques and live sparring. The class curriculum is very well structured, with overlapping concepts that tie together, developing a good skill set of submissions, sweeps and defence. Would recommend to new Juijitsu practitioners & veterans.

I've trained with Adam since the beginning of 2016. He has a unique way of teaching that creates a fun and friendly atmosphere but still delivers every small detail of BJJ. My game has improved vastly since he became my sole instructor and with his support and guidance was able to achieve numerous competitions wins and attain my blue belt. Adam is truly dedicated to his students and I would encourage anybody reading this that is interested in starting BJJ or anyone looking for a good team to train with to get in touch with him!
