Seki Ryu Zan is a traditional karate club training in the Shotokan style. We have some 160 members - including over twenty black belts. We have members ranging in age from 7 to 60 years.
We are one of the founder members of the W.T.K.F. and are fully affiliated with the Welsh Karate Governing Body. All principal instructors are fully qualified, Police checked and have First Aid training.

Training Times
We train three nights a week - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Training times are as follows:
Monday and Thursday
19.00 - 20.00 Beginners.
20.00 - 21.00 Advanced.
Wednesday
19.00 - 20.00 Beginners.
