Shaolin Lotus

Shaolin Lotus are a traditional Martial arts school teaching Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Chen Style Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

We teach in a traditional manner where hard training brings great rewards.

The environment is well disciplined and all students are friendly and approachable.

Our instructor has 20+ years of experience and has studied under notable Master the world over.

We teach Traditional Forms, self defense techniques, Qin Na and SanShou. Weapons forms are also an important component of Shaolin practice as is Qi Gong (deep breathing exercises).

All levels and abilities are welcomed.

Private tuition is also available for the serious student who wishes to further their practices and skill levels.
