We go as a whole family and the instructor knows how to adjust to different levels so that everyone benefits from the class! The kids and adults love these classes equally!

New starter to the Shaolin style

I've been at this club for just over a month and have learnt a lot. I previously came from a JKD background and have managed to adjust pretty quickly. All of the members are hard working and are of different ages. The instructor is helpful and approachable and most of all patient. The only down side is there are not enough classes in the week and too few females, may have to go private. Worth checking out if you like hard training.

I have tried other styles of Martial Arts and have never felt they were for me until I went to Shaolin Lotus, it has forms, boxing and Qi Na, everything I wanted without the ego plus the people are so nice.

Shifu is very informative

Shifu explains all the movements in great detail as Tai Chi is a very intricate form of martial arts and all the others students are lovely, it's like a community!

My son has been going to this school for a while and Shifu is really with him and he really enjoys the classes and playing with the other children.

Felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door, the other students are friendly and you can feel that it's a ego free environment! I would highly recommended Shaolin Lotus!

Really enjoyed my time here, wish I didn't move away.
Thanks to everyone I trained with.
The people here are amazing, so welcoming, supportive and helpful! They make you feel at ease and welcomed as soon as you walk through the door! Shifu teaching are so informative and watching him is an honour! I am really enjoying my time here and look forward to it every week!
