Strabane Shotokan Karate Club
Strabane Shotokan Karate Club is well known throughout Ireland for its high level karate. Founded over 40 years ago the Club under the instruction of head Instructor Sensei Simon O'Dowd provide both Traditional and Sport Karate instruction linked through the Japanese karate-do Shotorenmei (JKS) and Karate Ireland ONAKAI (WKF). All instructors are vetted and fully qualified to deliver quality karate instruction. Our Club has a proud tradtition for excelling in the competitive arena with numerous National and International Champions coming through our Club.
Our Dojo is custom fitted to cater for Karate of all ages and abilities housing two fully matted floors. All new Members are welcome to attend. Simply contact us to discuss your needs.

Programs & Class Schedule
Juniors (ages 7 to 11) and Seniors (ages 12+)
Mondays and Wednesdays: 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm
Saturdays 2 pm to 3.30 pm
Little Tigers (Ages 4-6)
Tuesdays 6 pm to 6.45 pm
Thursdays 6.30 pm to 7.15 pm
Parent & Child Together (Ages 4+)
Tuesdays 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm
Senior Beginners (Ages 12+)
Thursdays 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm
