An excellent instructor with a wealth of knowledge. Tora Kai is a great karate family
My son and I have trained with Tora Kai and under Sensei Cotterell for a few years now, his teaching is precise but also patient . Highly recommended, A great teacher for all levels of Karateka. 10/10 !!
