Hi my names is Iain, I am the Chief Instructor of the Club. I have been teaching for about 20 years and training for nearly 35 years. I am a registered Instructor and Judge with the J.K.A. I have also represented Scotland in Various Tournaments throughout the U.K. and have picked to Represent Scotland as Part of the Team next Year.
Some of my students have been U.K. Champions and I have trained many to Achieve Dan Grade .
All my Instructors are Disclosure Checked and versed in First Aid.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at JKAWF Kirriemuir Karate Club (Tora Kai Kirriemuir):
The Classes run on a Thursday Night. Any new members are always welcome. We are a family led Club in that we all look out for each other. Age wise 5 + but any parent wanting to bring their Child younger than this can contact me and we can have a discussion and see how they progress. We do have a Child Protection Policy as up to 10 years, they must only do an hour. The Session for them will be 7.00 pm - 8.00 pm with breaks
Normal Class is 7.00 pm - 8.30 pm.
