UFMA (Ultimate Freestyle Martial Arts) is a free-style martial arts organisation based in West Sussex. As a free-style martial arts organization UFMA offers students a combination of different martial arts styles and techniques. The club focuses strongly on fitness, flexibility, techniques, street self defence and sparring. You need to be over the age of 12 years old to train at UFMA as this is a contact club.

Programs & Class Schedule
Karate, Kick Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Tae Kwon Do & Wado Ryu Karate classes are available in East Preston for children and adults.
Daytime and evening classes offered all year round on various weekdays. After school Martial Arts Program, Summer & Winter Camps etc. may also be available. Please contact UFMA (Ultimate Freestyle Martial Arts) for exact class hours for different age groups.
