Aiki Ju Jutsu can be practised effectively by people of any age, gender or fitness level as it emphasizes the turning of an opponent's size, strength and force against them. It incorporates a hugely versatile combination of throws, locks, strikes, groundwork and, at higher grades, weapons. Our focus is firmly on self-defence, not competitions.
The Schools are based at the Staffordshire Martial Arts Centre, a minute's walk from Rugeley Town Railway Station. Classes are kept small to ensure personal attention and individual development, with separate Junior and Adult lessons. All instructors are experienced black belts, with enhanced CRB checks and first aid qualifications.
The Schools were established in 1980 by Keith Morgan Shihan, 8th Dan, Chief Instructor, who has over 40 years' experience and has taught all over the UK, Europe and the USA. Everyone is welcome.
