We are a family run and family friendly club based on Broadfield Road, just outside the city centre, between Abbeydale Road & Queens Road. We offer Sports/Freestyle Karate for all ages over 4 years old. Head Coach Megan Abel, double Black Belt in Karate & Taekwondo is internationally recognised and 14 times world martial arts champion, her sisters Lauren & Alicia specialise in Fitness and Weapons, respectively. Classes range from traditional Karate and Taekwondo through to extreme forms and weapons and semi-contact kick-boxing.
