Witchford Tang Soo Do
We offer classes in the Ely area teaching the martial art of Tang Soo Do a form of traditional Korean Karate. Lead by Master R Russell and Master G Russell, both 4th Dan Masters with the World Tang Soo Do Association (WTSDA).
Our curriculum is overseen by Great Britain TSD Association and through them by the World TSD Association.
Our instructors are qualified through GBTSDA and have many years of experience. Holding appropriate insurance, DBS checks, first aid and safeguarding training to ensure a safe training environment.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Witchford Tang Soo Do:
Programs & Class Schedule
We offer three class sessions a week:
Monday 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm in Wilburton Village Hall.
Tuesday 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm (7:00 pm to 8:00 pm senior grades only) at the Paradise Centre Ely.
Thursday 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at the Hive Sports Centre, Ely
Classes are varied but basically consist of a warm up and stretching followed by learning and practising techniques:
* Basic blocks, attacks and kicks.
* Stretching and physical fitness.
* Combinations from simple up to advanced Hyung's.
* One step sparring, how to react to a punch, kick or grab.
* No/light contact points sparring wearing safety pads.
* Weapons (senior grades) - bow staff, dagger and sword.
* Korean terminology.
* Respect and general good behaviour.
All classes are normally mixed age and grade (only late Tuesday being for higher belt grades)
Suitable for ages 7+.
No contract required, taster sessions available and payment is monthly.
