We have been teaching Tai Chi and Chi-kung for over 30 years in and around Birmingham.
We teach all aspects of Cheng Man Ching Style (Yang style) tai chi from mindfulness to martial application. In our advanced classed we teach push-hands and tai chi weapons.
Chief Instructor, Mark Peters, also works closely with local hospitals where he trains staff and runs classes for patient rehabilitation including: Cardiac rehab, COPD, falls prevention, pain management and more

Weekly classes are open to all levels from beginner to advanced.
We also run monthly advanced Sunday 3 hour classes to enable you to take your training to a deeper lever. Plus an instructors training program
