A Karate club dedicated to teaching traditional Shotokan Karate.
Kaizen Karate Club is a new club dedicated to teaching traditional Shotokan Karate. Sensei Keith Burns, 5th Dan Black belt has over 30yrs experience teaching beginners of all ages. He has competed and won many Kata and Kumite competitions in his career.

**Kaizen Kids Class
A fun Karate Class for younger children aged between 3 and 6 yrs. With the emphasis on the basic structure of karate, It incorporates karate techniques with games and exercise to promote physical and mental skills in a safe secure environment. Kaizen Kidz teaches it’s students the main concept that karate should only be used in self-defence and the core aspects of Shotokan karate – control, respect and discipline - are paramount.
