Our focus is on realism, how it's going to be in a real situation. Not how it is in the dojo, or a sporting contest, but how it is in real life, more can be found at rbud.co.uk .
We run reality-based self-defence class, both mixed classes and women-only classes. All information can be found on the website.
Classes are run as private, one-to-one sessions (if you come as two people there will be a discount). Each self defence session is £30 for the hour.
We are a very friendly and welcoming club.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Reality Based Urban Defence (RBUD):
RBUD offer Reality-Based Self Defence sessions at £30 per session.
We also offer Personal Fitness training, as we have a Hatton Academy qualified Boxing For Fitness trainer. The Fitness sessions are one-to-one and cost £30 per hour.
All sessions can be bought in blocks, discounts are available depending on the number of sessions being purchased. The discount is available for both Self Defence and Fitness sessions.
There are no contracts, you pay as you train.
Class schedule is constantly being up-dated with new classes, so you're best to keep up to date with the website and Facebook.
