I have been training at RBUD for a few weeks now, and have found the time there very enjoyable.
The techniques are easy to learn, and very effective.
It is a very friendly atmosphere, there is no macho posturing or bullying from anyone, and the instructor, James encourages questions and will let you film when he explains a technique.
Very good instruction, very friendly and welcoming. Everything taught really works as it's all been properly tested. James is gentle and passionate.
