Traditional Taekwon-Do classes in Totton, suitable for ages 4 and over. All experiences and fitness levels welcome. The first TWO classes are FREE!
Taekwon-Do is a fantastic way of improving your fitness, flexibility, strength, co-ordination, self confidence, discipline. It is also great fun and can help to relieve stress!
Our instructors are fully qualified and hold First Aid, Child Safeguarding, DBS Enhanced and Insurance certificates. Two of our instructors have also been representing England in competition for a number of years.

Classes are held at Testwood Sports College
Tuesday (Main Hall):
5:30 - 6:15pm Little P.U.M.A.s (4-7 year olds) ***Starting 21st July 2015***
6:30 - 7:30pm All Grades (any experience, from 7 years old)
Thursday (Gymnasium):
7:30 - 8:30pm All Grades (any experience, from 7 years old)
First two classes are free; then payable monthly. No contracts required.
