All instruction by 6th Black Belts with more than 90 years experience between the three instructors.

Also childrens classes at Shepherds school, Rickmansworth (Mon & Thurs) and Ebury Rd, Rickmansworth on Saturday mornings

Just to let you know that Three Valleys Karate Club is now accredited with the national certification of ‘Safeguarding in Martial Arts’
